‘X’ in the title of this collection stands for locations (land, sea, sky, etc) that represent triggers of new experience as they help observers to escape from their daily mind-paths. The sense of presence in these unexplored locations emerges from a combination of several painting-techniques used to create some realistic and tactile textures that vary in their luminosity, refraction, and roughness.
